Points only count with the proof you asked for. Everyone's photos land in a shared feed, and the leaderboard, streaks and stats update the moment you log.

No. Public challenges, their rules and their leaderboards are readable by anyone. You only need to sign in to create a challenge, join one, or log an entry.
Every activity is worth a set number of points per completion, with a daily cap set by whoever created the challenge. First to the goal wins — or if the challenge has an end date, whoever is top when the clock runs out.
Yes. A private challenge never appears in search or on this page. The only way in is an invite link from the owner, and it can be turned off at any time.
Whatever the challenge says. Each activity can require a photo and carry its own proof note — 'a live photo inside the gym', 'a before and after of the plate'. Members see that note every time they log.
Takes about a minute to set up. You can change everything later except the people who saw you quit.
